May 29, 2009: Do you live more on Facebook than in reality? Do you eat, drink, and breathe social networking applications? Do you want to use those cutting-edge tools to benefit the victims of human trafficking?
If so, we’d like to talk to you about turning your talents to engaging the world with our social media presence. There are a world of different ways to alert people to the growing and global crime of human trafficking, from Twitter to viral marketing, and we want to use them all!
Do you have a couple of hours each month to help out in this way? If so, please send a note with your thoughts about this volunteer post, and how you might use your skills, to Jon Pattee at jon.pattee@bpsos.org. Thanks!
PS: Bilingual would be great, but that’s not vital. Just a high level of creativity and knowledge of how to navigate and invigorate social media networks would be a good start! Also, in this rough-and-ready virtual world of ours, your location in relation to BPSOS offices is not as important as your willingness to help… so we welcome interested people from all over the world!
